Dr. Karla Rios is Mexican-American and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She was born and raised in the Capitol Hill area and is so excited to serve the South Oklahoma City Community. It was one of her goals to be able to come back and serve her community after getting her degree. She strives to educate and provide comprehensive and quality dental care to all her patients.

She started her dental journey in 2006 as a dental assistant, where she found her passion for dentistry. She attended Oklahoma City University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Throughout her journey Dr. Rios attended dental mission trips to Peru and Jamaica, volunteered at Oklahoma Mission of Mercy and at Kings Dental Klinic. She is a member of the Oklahoma Dental Foundation and the American Dental Association.

When Dr. Rios is not busy at the office she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her puppy Charlie. As well as traveling whenever possible, one of her favorite places to visit are the beaches of Cancun, Mexico. She enjoys attending concerts, dancing and trying new kinds of food, her favorite is her mom’s gorditas and calabazas.
